Dress to Define│The Jumpsuit

Hey Loves,

How are we all doing? Goodness, where did the month of September go? We’re already in October… Well, those of you that are new to my blog WELCOME and those of you that are not, thank you once again for riding with me, you lot are the real MVPs.

In my last post, I talked a little about my previous experience with jumpsuits and I am back with yet another look for you – only that this jumpsuit look is a little more toned down than the previous. The funny thing is when asked which was your favourite between the two jumpsuit looks, a lot of you actually choose this one – I suppose because it is very versatile and can be worn in a gazillion ways and for many different occasions. There are so many things that I love about this jumpsuit. Just like a belt, the nipped waist on the jumpsuit also helps break up the look by giving an illusion of a defined waistline. With my jumpsuit, the nipped waistline helped create a sense of balance between my shoulders/bust and my hips.

Fun Fact: Did you know that “defining your waist is the most important aspect of slim dressing…” ~Tracy Gold

OK, let’s move on shall we? I once wore this jumpsuit at a wedding ceremony and it was very fitting. Another time I wore it was with slides on a casual day out with my sister.

To keep it minimal, I decided to just go with grey pumps, a gold watch and a black and white clutch to match the top of my jumpsuit.
